About Terra Creta
Near Kolymvari, west of Chania on Crete, Terra Creta is a large, award-winning olive oil producer with its own mill. Olives are milled within 12 hours of harvest, and the core product is extra virgin olive oil made from Koroneiki olives, alongside premium and flavoured (infused) oils. The company exports to dozens of countries.
Visitors can join a factory tour that ends in a guided tasting, then browse the on-site shop. The mill is located near the ancient olive tree of Vouves, so the two make a natural pairing for anyone exploring the olive heritage of this corner of western Crete.
