About Eumelia Organic Agrotourism Farm
Eumelia is an organic, biodynamic farm in Gouves, in the Laconian countryside south of Sparta. It produces extra virgin olive oil, Kalamata olives and natural wine, and is accredited as a Slow Food farm.
Day visitors can take part in an olive oil tasting in the farm's ancient olive grove, and the programme also covers farm tours, cooking classes and olive soap making. In autumn Eumelia hosts an olive harvest retreat, and four guest houses on site make it possible to stay overnight. Oil, olives, herbs and soap are sold on site and through the farm's online shop.
