About Enotis Olive Groves & Museum
In Vistonas, in north-west Corfu, brothers Christodoulos and George Konstantis represent the fifth generation of their family to work these olive groves. Enotis combines the groves with a small museum and shop, giving visitors a view of how olive oil is made from the field through to the table.
The guided olive grove experience walks through each stage of production and ends with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil. Afterwards, the museum shop stocks the family's labels: KALON, the early-harvest AGATHON and the infused Fusions range. Table olives and olive-based cosmetics are also on the shelves, so there is plenty to take home beyond a bottle of oil.
