About Theotoky Estate
Theotoky Estate farms organically in the Ropa Valley near Giannades, in central Corfu. Its early-harvest extra virgin olive oil is made from Lianolia olives and cold-extracted on site, while livestock graze among the trees. The 2024 oil measured 628 mg/kg of polyphenols, high enough to carry a health claim, and the estate's awards include Best Olive Oil of the Ionian Islands at Athena IOOC.
The estate is also a winery, so tours here combine wine and olive oil tasting. Products from the estate are sold in its own shop, which makes a visit a straightforward way to try and buy both the oil and the wine in one place.
